Building the trust layer for hiring.
QuantumRecruit is a TECKpert venture, built with university AI researchers, on a simple belief: hiring decisions should be fast, fair and fraud-proof.
From a recruiting company to a recruiting API.
TECKpert has lived at the intersection of talent and technology since 2009. A Miami-based firm that builds software for commercial and government clients and places the digital talent behind it, we kept hitting the same wall: reviewing resumes by hand was slow and inconsistent, strong candidates got buried in the pile, and the pile itself kept getting worse as AI-written applications and fabricated credentials flooded in.
So we built the tool we needed. Partnering with AI researchers at Florida International University, we turned fifteen-plus years of hands-on hiring into QuantumRecruit, one API call that reads every resume and returns the four signals that decide a good hire: AI detection, job fit, quality, and fraud risk. First we used it ourselves. Now any recruiting team or hiring platform can call it.
The team behind QuantumRecruit.
Talent and technology leadership, backed by university AI research.

Adrian Esquivel
After 20+ years building tech teams at TECKpert, Adrian knew the first pass of hiring was broken long before AI-written resumes made it worse. He built QuantumRecruit to fix it for his own company, then opened it to any hiring team or platform that faces the same pile.
